Job Description
LocumJobs Recruit is looking for a Practice Nurse to support a friendly GP practice team in Brighton.

Up to 3 days a week available with flexibility to choose a pattern that suits you.
A dependable Practice Nurse booking with the option to extend.
Role Snapshot
• Part-time Practice Nurse clinics including long-term conditions and treatment room work
• Opportunity for regular weekly sessions
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver treatment room duties including immunisations and injections
• Support chronic disease management and routine reviews within protocols
• Undertake cervical cytology where qualified and up to date
• Perform wound care, dressings and health promotion interventions
• Maintain accurate records and clinical coding as required
• Work with the team to ensure safe stock, cold chain and infection control
Requirements
• NMC registration with recent UK general practice nursing experience
• Competence in immunisations, wound care and treatment room activity
• Cytology qualification preferred where applicable
• Understanding of infection prevention and safeguarding processes
• Enhanced DBS and right to work in the UK
Working Pattern
• Part-time sessions available up to 3 days per week
• Flexible approach to which days you work and session frequency
• Potential for ongoing work subject to service needs
