Job Description
LocumJobs Recruit is looking for Nurse Practitioners in Llandaff North.

Flexible bookings available with up to 3 days a week, with options to keep sessions regular or pick up cover.
Primary care NP clinics with strong demand and quick starts.
Key Responsibilities
• Assess and manage patients presenting with minor illness and urgent problems
• Provide clinical advice, safety netting and follow-up plans
• Prescribe within scope where qualified and in line with guidance
• Request and interpret investigations and manage results appropriately
• Document consultations clearly with accurate coding
• Work collaboratively with GPs, nurses and wider MDT to ensure continuity
Requirements
• NMC registration with an active PIN
• NP training and evidence of competence in primary care assessment
• Independent Prescriber qualification is preferred
• Recent UK experience in a Nurse Practitioner role within primary care
• Confidence with triage, minor illness and autonomous decision making
• Up-to-date safeguarding training and professional development evidence
Working Pattern
• Part-time, locum, temporary or contract options available
• Up to 3 days a week with flexible days and session selection
• Regular sessions available with the option for ad hoc shifts
• Session format agreed in advance to match your skillset and preference
